We couldn't say things like 'cake', 'party', or 'presents' all week. Then came Saturday and finally the kids could really celebrate. Sam took an early lead (before the majority of the family arrived) and say by himself in the backyard. He was ready to go and in a very serious mood. He got a little miffed when Grandma Moffat and I (Leah) laughed at him out there all alone. 
Maggie soon caught on and joined him.
