Last Day of School!

Do you hear that?  It's the sound of summer, folks!  Maggie and Sam celebrated their last day of Kindergarten today at school.  Sam is very ready for summer ("yea!  I get to sleep in!") and Maggie is "half sad and half happy" that school is over for a while.  Here are some pictures from the morning.  Enjoy!

 Sam and his "bestest-friend-ever!" Kadin.  Sam and Kadin played t-ball together this spring...and have had numerous play dates.  They share a deep love for all things Star Wars related.  Kadin has been going to Awanas this spring with Sam, Maggie, Aidan, and Leah too.

 Maggie and her best Kindergarten friend, Leah.  yes, LEAH.  Too funny.  Oh, and she's a Leah V.  So was I!?  How crazy.  Maggie and Leah share a love for their American Girl dolls, Awanas, and dance. They took Ballet/Tap/Jazz together this winter/spring and LOVED making that connection together during the week.

 Mr. Moffat, Mr. Wilson, and Miss Moffat.  I love that when I met Aidan's mom, Jen, I was weeks away from having the twins and she was just a few short months from having Aidan.  I remember meeting her and looking at her belly and wondering if our children would be friends.  I think we can safely answer that question with a YES! now.  I love it.
