Finally a few pics of the kiddos

Sam is refusing to even try to crawl...but he LOVES to stand....all by himself is best. Cuties.

Learning to crawl is tiring for Maggie. A girl has to take a break every now and then!
 

This is the start of the kids room. Two adjacent walls are the 2 tone pink, the other two will be a blue version. I am excited for the babies to have a more exciting color scheme in their room. 

More progress on the kitchen. We have countertops! The babies are getting used to their messy new living room.
See, it's very messy. Hopefully we will have time to put some stuff away before we move in!

 

The guys got the rest of the lower cabinets in and the flooring Sunday afternoon. We have just a few more upper cabinets left and then we can hit those countertops. Whoopee! (Eric's brother Ryan was a little to fast for our camera...apparently.) Just a little bit of an improvement from the old kitchen, eh??!

Pack it up!

The babies don't look stressed at all about moving, do they?? This is the beginnings of our new kitchen. Eric's dad, Mark, is going to be a master carpenter by the time this is all done...a very tired master carpenter.
...and this is our very newly painted living room and shampooed carpets. Maybe my mother-in-law will let us keep her retro sheet on the window long term.

Water Babies!

Sam can't seem to stay away from the faucet area...he is enamored with the drain and whatnot...Thankfully he hasn't managed to drain the water out yet.

The highlight of Maggie's day is her bath, she cries if Sam gets to leave the bedroom first for bathtime. Sam and Maggie we hot tubbing over Spring Break- they even went underwater several times! Maggie's swimsuit has a ruffle around her middle- it really is a flattering cut on her. :-)
