'Grandpa Earl' was a hit with the kids.
Molly was a hit with Maggie (as were the Parker's cats....any bets on how long before we go get a pet of some kind?)

Visiting Friends in Spokane
We got to go see Bob and Jeannie- Jeannie didn't really enjoy herself too much....ya right!! We had a lot of fun visiting!
We stayed with the Parkers and REALLY enjoyed their company as well as their A/C! Sam and Sammy even have matching shoes!!
Fun times in the Parker kitchen. The boys thought they were pretty funny to each other this morning.

At home
This was taken right before he bonked his head on the chair...he wasn't so happy after that.
We got our second carrier and took the babies on their first trek...ok- it was only about 10 minutes from where we live. BUT, we did go for almost an hour up and down hill in the hot afternoon sun. They liked it a LOT. We will have to go several more times so that mom and dad are in shapre to carry them over vacation at the beach in a few weeks. (check out Mt Hood in the background!)

Hoop Time
Sam discovered how to use his hoop correctly today. It took some coaching and a lot of "1-2-3-yea Mommy!!!" but he figured out that the purpose of the toy is to make a basket and watch the light go.
Once you start, you can't stop!! He might need some work on his technique....any pointers Uncle Ry? :-)
