Spring Break Fun
We went for a visit up to Table Mountain while visiting Leah's parents. It's very pretty in the spring and there are a lot of wildflowers out. Maggie loved hiking all over the rocks and the flowers. Sam was more concerned with the cows off in the distance (the center pic) and the dirt that was on his hands from time to time.

The bench outside the front door was a big hit.
Great Gpa is aiding Sam in the quest to conquer the Shape-O Ball.

This one's for you, Andrea-
We made it!
On Friday Sam and Maggie turned 18 months old. Here are the specs from this mornings Dr. visit:
Sam: 31 lbs 7oz
35 inches tall
Maggie: 28 lbs 11 0z
33 inches tall
And no, we have not dropped under the 90th percentile yet for these two. I don't even think that they were below the 95th anywhere. (Geez! What are they feeding these kids?) I had high hopes that at least one of them would hit the 80s this time around, but no luck. So, my beast babies are now home, soon to be doped up on tylenol, and happy to be watching Lady and the Tramp at the moment.
Thanks for the help this morning Debbie, it was a HUGE blessing to this mom. :-)

Keeping up with the Parkers
Well, I figure that if Kate is getting in trouble for not posting often enough, then I probably have it coming as well. So here are some pics to appease those Aunts and Grandmas. :-)
The kids have discovered that they can get rides on Eric's back. Ohh, boy is it fun!
Sam is proudly showing off his tongue for the camera.
And Mags is showing us that not only does she have a nose, but Sam does too.
Sam has figured out how to climb up on the kitchen chairs. He now prefers to take his juice their also. Big boys drink big juice at the big table, right?

Tired of dress up yet?
Here's lookin' at you Grandma!
Maggie sported her new denim skirt this week. Actually she got it for her birthday, but it's the biggest 2T I have ever seen. We think it's a great look with the bunny slippers.
Sam and Maggie don't always get along, but the other evening they wanted to sit in the chair and read together. Very cute.
Some couch time with Dad is needed every now and then.
